Hoi An, Vietnam , A somber mood has gripped the ancient city of Hoi An following the tragic capsizing of a tourist boat on the Thu Bon River late yesterday evening. Dozens are confirmed dead, including several children, with rescue efforts continuing through the night and into this morning. Initial reports suggest overcrowding and rough weather conditions may have contributed to the disaster.
