Nearly three decades have passed since the screen first bled with the terrifying vision of Danny Boyle’s “28 Days Later.” Now, the rage virus is back in “28 Years Later,” a film that dares to ask what remains after civilization crumbles not with a whimper, but with a scream. I attended a pre-screening courtesy of Iconique Brands and Nu Metro, and the experience left me reeling.
