Additionally, consuming all four types of mushrooms on a single run (all four have to be non-toxic) will complete the Mycology Patch achievement. You'll be rewarded with a Mushroom cap for your efforts. While you'll have to be careful about not consuming a poisonous variant, it will also boil down to luck (as you'll have to find four different types of mushrooms on your run).
