The tricky part is that they also seem to sometimes simply vanish from existence. It's unclear whether this is a bug or intentional, but they are a villager who can't always be found and chatted with. This can be a bit frustrating if you're trying to chat, give gifts to, or hang out with them, but there's no way to combat this issue. All you can do to try and find them is look for the dark crown icon on your map. They can teleport around the valley as they rise out of the shadows, but they generally walk from one location to the next once they've spawned in.Does The Forgotten have a house in Disney Dreamlight Valley? You can sometimes find them inside The Dark Castle, which you can access through the portal by the Plaza well, so this seems to kind of be their home, but they've never appeared there when it says they're home. Their level 10 reward has the friendship quest icon on it, but no locked quests are listed on the quest page or appear when you chat with them, so it doesn't seem like they actually have any tasks for you to work through. You can still hang out with them, assign them a role, share presents with them, and have daily discussions.
