How do you obtain Super Smoothie in Fortnite LEGO Expeditions?

(in a consistent fashion).

• Rescuing civilians: You'll come across trapped civilians randomly on the map. Rescuing them will reward you with the healing item and other resources like Essence.
• Random drops from enemies: Enemies will also drop the smoothie, aiding your survival. The drop rate is completely random.

You can also get them from chests spawn across the map. So far, I haven't located too many chests on the maps, and some of them are hidden in tricky areas (making it hard for you to find them). To heal yourself, I would rather rely on eliminating enemies and saving civilians than go treasure-hunting.
