DC isn’t going to promote its movies at Comic-****

San Diego Comic-**** might be a bit light on new teasers from the big boys, as not only is Marvel not even attending next month’s event, but DC may not promote many, if any, of its upcoming movies there. In truth, DC is going “all-in” on The Suicide Squad spin-off series, Peacemaker.

), the studio is biding its time and going all-in on Peacemaker. That said, there could be a Hall H panel, which could include people like Gunn, Cena, and other members of DC’s Suicide Squad spin-off cast and crew.

“SDCC is two weeks after Superman arrives in theaters, so the company won’t be doing anything on that front. And Supergirl doesn’t hit in theaters until June 26, 2026 so DC Studios is biding its time before making any reveals […] DC Studios is going all-in on Peacemaker, the hit John Cena The Suicide Squad spinoff created by DC co-chief James Gunn. Peacemaker will have a big footprint at the convention, a move that signals DC and Max’s confidence in season two, which bows Aug. 21. And, while DC had no comment, there could be a Hall H panel for the show.”

DC’s other series, Lanterns, could also make an appearance if Peacemaker’s there.

San Diego Comic-**** takes place July 24 through July 27.
