Stumble Guys goes full pirate chaos this summer in the Plunder Party update

If you thought Stumble Guys hit peak absurdity with its recent Skibidi Toilet crossover, think again. After letting players stumble their way through a surreal bathroom battleground of dancing toilets, the party platformer is getting back to its slapstick roots by sending everyone straight to sea. 

Stumble Guys is sailing straight into summer with Plunder Party, a fan-fuelled pirate season packed with remastered maps, absurd power-ups, and nonstop mayhem. It goes live on June 12th, so you’ve got some time to wrap up on the current content before it’s replaced.

Plunder Party sees the Stumbleverse set sail with Mr. Stumble and a motley crew of pirate Stumblers on a mission to catch the elusive Captain Noheart. But they’re not doing it quietly. Four classic levels, Bombardment, Jungle Roll, Sharkmuda Triangle, and the ever-hilarious sh-ARRRRGH-ks!, have been reworked with polished visuals, new gameplay twists, and plenty of pirate flair. 

Don’t just look at these updates as cosmetic ones. Each map also features distinct abilities that add surprise strategy (and sabotage) to the usual stumblefest. You’ll also be able to get your hands on a brand new battle pass. It’s about to be a thrilling few weeks as you try to survive cannon fire, dodge angry sharks, while still finding time to emote mid-air.

But the pirate party is just part of the fun. As part of a broader push for community-driven content, stumblers were recently invited to vote on which licensed franchise will make its triumphant return to the Stumble Guys universe. 

The options included Monopoly, PAC-MAN, Looney Tunes, Masters of the Universe, and Care Bears. It’s a crossover buffet, and the fan-favourite winner will arrive later this month with more familiar faces and themed levels.
