It’s a co-op survival adventure game where a group of kids find themselves stranded on a deserted island and have to craft and solve puzzles to survive.

, Survival Kids also allows for three player local co-op via a single copy of the game thanks to the Switch 2’s GameShare feature.

The player that owns the game can use GameShare to stream the game to one or two other Switch 2 or Switch 1 consoles, though the owner will need GameChat (and thus a Nintendo Online membership) to take advantage of the feature. Two-player co-op sees Survival Kids run at 60fps, while three player co-op runs at 30fps. That feature could make Survival Kids a great pick for households with multiple Switch owners that don’t want to have to buy multiple copies of the game but who want to play something together.

Survival Kids, however, isn’t the only Switch 2 game that uses GameShare, with some games even able to be shared remotely instead of just locally. Super Mario Party Jamboree on Switch 2 supports GameShare but can only be shared locally, while Switch 1 games like Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics and Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, when played on a Switch 2, can be shared locally or online.
