People Can Fly is suspending the development of Project Gemini and Project Bitfrost. Gemini is being suspended due to the game’s publisher, who was not named, failing to provide certain materials and an ongoing dialogue that would allow the game to continue.

In addition, People Can Fly said it’s suspending this game due to an “analysis of the group’s cash flow, which showed a lack of prospects for securing organizational resources and a funds necessary to continue the production and release of this project.”

Due to these suspensions, People Can Fly said it will need to “significantly regroup as a studio and scale down our teams, which hurts the most.”

“We wish to express our deepest regret and sadness over how these events have unfolded and our sincere gratitude for everyone’s contribution up to this point,” CEO Sebastian Wojciechowski said.
