Canava Roussos invites wine lovers to take a journey of taste and aroma at its charming winery in Mesa Gonia, Santorini. Step into the heart of one of the island’s most historic wineries and discover the passion and craftsmanship behind every bottle.

A visit to the winery is a unique experience. Guests are welcomed into the old “canava” (traditional wine cellar), where they can explore the winemaking process up close and hear the stories that make these wines so special. In the cozy tasting area, visitors have the opportunity to sample both current releases and rare aged vintages—each one a tribute to the richness and diversity of Santorini.
