Star Wars: The Old Republic, not World of Warcraft, that first sold me on the idea of MMORPGs. I already had a lot of love for the galaxy far, far away, and while it's not explicitly Knights of The Old Republic 3, SWTOR does have the storytelling chops to follow in the footsteps of the iconic Bioware and Obsidian RPGs. Add in the ability to experience those tales in co-op with your friends, and its availability as a free Steam game, and it's certainly worth trying. To give you one more reason, it's just had a fresh injection of life.
