Completion of every Major Order in Helldivers 2 rewards players with Medals, which can be used to unlock Warbond content. Players believe this reward should be better if Arrowhead Game Studios wants players to focus on the Major Orders. Two Major Orders were released simultaneously recently, but most players decided to focus on the DSS-focused Major Order because more players enjoy the Automaton missions. Since the Illuminate Major Order was neglected, the faction could take over multiple megacities on Super Earth.

The DSS is active once again, but the Illuminate is taking over Super-Earth at an alarming rate. The loss of all seven megacities would mean the end of Super Earth. It will be a close battle, as Helldivers have managed to weaken the Illuminate Fleet significantly.

After contributing to the Major Order, Helldivers 2 players get Medals as rewards, which can be used to acquire items from the Warbonds. However, players believe this is insufficient to convince them to focus on the Major Orders. However, many players pointed out that Super Credits is one of Arrowhead Game Studios’ ways of generating revenue from the game. Plus, Super Credits can be found on maps, and enough grinding allows players to get enough Super Credits to unlock Warbonds for free. However, apart from Medals, there must be more rewards to motivate the players.

The current Major Order is asking players to defend Super Earth, which is quite possibly the most intense battle in the game’s history. Giving players just 75 Warbond Medals for it just doesn’t justify it. Not just currency, but Major Orders could also give players unique patterns or armors.

The Illuminate’s new fleet emerged right out of the Meridian Singularity and managed to reach Super Earth. The attack began with Eagleopolis, and now, Illuminate has managed to capture five out of seven megacities. Helldivers are outnumbered as they are struggling to stop this fleet, which includes some new enemies like Fleshmob and Stingrays. If the faction takes over the final two megacities, Super Earth will be finished.

The Second Galactic War is slowly getting intense, but this has raised the anticipation among the fans who are waiting for the Helldivers 2 movie. Sony has confirmed that a movie based on the franchise is in development, but it will certainly fail if it doesn’t feature the infamous battle of Malevelon Creek.

As for the ongoing battle, the Illuminate Fleet Strength is currently below 25%, and players have about two days and sixteen hours to eradicate this fleet. There is not a lot of time, so all players should focus on the Illuminate instead of other factions, Automatons, or Terminids.
