Motorcyclist seriously injured in ******, police say

A motorcyclist was suffering from life-threatening injuries after a ****** involving a semi occurred in Anderson Ferry on May 26, according to police.

Officers say the ****** occurred around 4:15 p.m. on Memorial Day on River Road and Anderson Ferry Road.

It was unclear at the time of this report what hospital the motorcyclist was taken to.

Police said the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet.

Officers said the semi driver was not injured in the ******.

The cause of the ****** is still under investigation.
