I have found it to be more common in Capital of Mysteria compared to Eternia Village, and they typically grow more near the edges. They have a duller color, but are larger than Healweed (they have a blue color in inventory, but greener appearance in the wild). You can buy Healweed and Vitalweed from in-game stores as well. Both of these items cost 30 Dosh, so they're not that expensive. If you require them in large amounts, it's better just to spend your Dosh. Both items are required later in Alchemy to make healing items, so it's always beneficial to have them in your inventory.
