Orleans Parish District Attorney speaks out on jailbreak with five inmates still on loose

A fifth inmate was recaptured after a jailbreak in New Orleans. Five are still on the loose. A maintenance worker is being accused of cutting off the water so that the inmates could escape through a hole behind a toilet. NBC News’ Ryan Chandler reports more from outside Orleans Parish Prison. District Attorney for Orleans Parish Jason Williams joins Chris Jansing to share more on the investigation.
