The whole cucumbers affected were grown by Bedner Growers Inc. and distributed by Fresh Start Produce Inc. between April 29 and May 19, 2025.

The states affected are California, Colorado, Kansas, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida and Tennessee.
