incident report, the dump truck, driven by a 54-year-old Crestview, Florida, man, was traveling north on State Road 285 at about 2:20 a.m.

A dump truck driving under the I-10 overpass at State Road 285 got stuck.

The driver did not realize the dump bed was in the “up” position, so as he passed under the bridge and the dump bed hit the bridge, causing it to separate from the truck, the report said.
