Call of Duty: Warzone lately and found an item called a Red Access Card or Blue Access Card, it's hard to blame you for being confused.

The game does not explain what these items are used for. But once acquired, these cards can be used to obtain some high quality loot, so they're worth figuring out and locating to equip yourself for victory. This is a throwback to the original Verdansk map back in 2020, and they're back now with several ways to enter them.
