However, despite this seeming very difficult, there are several ways to arrest six criminals in one shift with little to no issues. It may take a while, but once you learn the strategy, it's easy to replicate in the future.

How to get the We're Gonna Need a ******* Holding Cell trophy in The Precinct

Earning the We're Gonna Need a ******* Holding Cell achievement in The Precinct requires finding six criminals, arresting them, and escorting them back to the ACPD station's building. You'll need to book them manually for the arrests to count toward your progress. There are three main ways to obtain this achievement easily:

1. Play your in-game shifts as usual.
2. Play until you unlock custom schedules before creating a 24-hour shift.
3. Play your day beyond your character's usual shift and catch criminals during overtime hours.

Of these three options, working overtime until you catch and book six criminals is the easiest way to earn this trophy. The Precinct doesn't automatically stop your day once your shift ends, and there's no energy system preventing you from continuing. Any XP and criminals you book will count toward your shift, even if you work several hours overtime.

The Precinct's story until you unlock custom shifts. That way, rather than sticking with whatever Kowalski assigns you, you can make your own schedule, including its location, variant, and duration. Picking a 24-hour shift will give you much more time to find criminals. How to find six criminals to arrest in The Precinct

From here, your strategy will partially depend on personal preference. If you're proficient in tackling vehicular crimes like motor vehicle theft or DUIs, you can focus on these for your six bookings. Otherwise, you can look around for street crime like drug dealing, burglary, and armed assaults. The only downside to this is the chance of armed NPCs eliminating you and slowing your progress. Fortunately, this doesn't reset your shift or end it, so you can continue as normal until you find your six criminals.
