Shirking the trend of terrible video game adaptations, Fallout was a hit with fans of the games while also being approachable for newcomers to the franchise. The TV show’s success even saw a wave of players picking up Fallout games, with multiple games in the series shooting up the Steam charts in the weeks following the show’s premiere.

The second season of Fallout “will pick up in the aftermath of Season 1’s epic finale and take audiences along for a journey through the wasteland of the Mojave to the post-apocalyptic city of New Vegas,” Prime Video has teased.

The second season will see the return of the main cast, including Ella Purnell, Walton Goggins, Aaron Moten, Kyle MacLachlan, and Sarita Choudhury, as well as some new characters–including one who will be played by beloved former child star Macaulay Culkin.
