A motorcyclist has died in a collision in Ashendon on Thursday afternoon, sparking a plea from police for public information.

A ****** Kawasaki motorcycle and a white Nissan 370Z coupe collided on Canning Dam Road about 3.10pm.

The 45-year-old man driving the motorbike was sadly declared dead at the scene by St John Ambulance paramedics.
