You'll find these White Nevrons as early as the very first mission all the way up through Act 3. Completing each quest rewards you with some pretty decent loot, including unique weapons and upgrade materials. Speaking with the final White Nevron named Blanche in Act 3, you can receive one of two rewards depending on whether you decided to kill any of the White Nevrons along the way.
