, a second driver on the same stretch of highway has repeated the feat, and seemingly caused a ****** in the process.

The most recent driving mishap happened at 8:15 a.m. Monday, May 5 on I-71 northbound at Weber Road, according to ODOT spokesperson Matt Bruning.

In the video, a white vehicle pulls out of the shoulder into the left lane, seemingly traveling slowly and even stopping completely at points. Two cars approaching the vehicle from behind swerve around it while another line of cars stops behind it.

Several cars appear to collide as the fast-moving traffic hits the stopped vehicles. The driver who started the traffic snafu then crosses two other lanes of traffic to take an exit ramp.

There were no life-threatening injuries as a result of the ******, according to Bruning.

“We don’t know why they stopped,” he said. “In any case, what they did was irresponsible and dangerous. You should never stop on the freeway. It’s also a good reminder that drivers need to leave adequate stopping distance between their vehicle and the one in front of them to avoid these chain reaction-type crashes.”
