And with Hidetaka Miyazaki feeling brave enough to dive into new genres, it seems he has finally figured out it’s also time to dive into multimedia franchises, and it all starts with the now officially rumored Elden Ring movie.

While not much information has flowed in yet, the recent gossip making the rounds on the internet has fans believing FromSoftware has now struck a deal with A24 Movies to bring to fans the one movie they have been asking for since forever, and it needs to revolve around this one boss that owned The Lands Between like a boss.

Thanks to George R.R. Martin, the world of The Lands Between holds a cave of lore deep enough that it would take any normal player at least a few dozen hours to understand what’s really going on. But that’s the beauty of Elden Ring, and it is exactly why it’s hard to nitpick on what aspect of the game would be covered in the rumored movie, and according to us, it should really be on Starscourge Radahn, the most chad boss of the whole game.

The upcoming production, allegedly being done in collaboration with A24 Movies and directed by Alex Garland, is quickly becoming the week’s highlight, as observed via @DiscussingFilm on X. Moreover, now that we have a lead on the Elden Ring movie, it’s about time Hidetaka Miyazaki used this opportunity to showcase what really happened during one important event in the game’s timeline.

Being honest for a moment, Radahn has been stronger than Malenia all along, and it’s about time we put the debate to rest. Not only do we get to see Radahn’s true potential in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, where he appears again as the final and the hardest boss in all of Elden Ring, but the mere fact that Malenia had to nuke Caelid just to bring the war to a tie shows how powerful the Conqueror of Stars really was.

Last year, thanks to the aforementioned DLC of the game, it was also revealed that Radahn didn’t really kidnap Miquella, contrary to Malenia’s belief, but it was rather Miquella himself who planned to use the ruler of Caelid as a puppet.

Hidetaka Miyazaki can do whatever he wants if he ever decides to make a sequel to the Elden Ring movie, but the first one, a prequel to the main game that shows every fan what really happened during the war, is potentially what everybody would want to see the most.
