• Effects - After using Elemental Skill, the equipping character's ATK is increased by 24% for 12 seconds. When the equipping character's Elemental Energy is zero, their ATK is increased by 24%, and CRIT DMG is increased by 40%.

To avoid any confusion, I must make it clear that there's a slight mistranslation in the weapon's effect. The translated version of the weapon's stats mentions "Ultimate DMG" in the leaks, but it's actually "CRIT DMG" in the original ******** text.

In any case, Skirk's signature weapon appears to be a pretty solid one. It has a fairly high Base ATK and provides a good amount of CRIT Rate. Furthermore, the Sword's passive increases the wielder's ATK by a huge amount and gives a CRIT DMG bonus.
