Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3‘s Season 3 Reloaded is confirmed to launch on May 1 and will introduce the players to a brand new playground for the multiplayer. Designated as Grime, the map name is a little on the nose but it suits the look and atmosphere.

The multiplayer aspect of the franchise has been one of the busiest and loudest throughout gaming history and Activision Blizzard is not slowing down. The newest map will give players a safe space to sharpen their skills and dominate the competition even more.

New environments and landscapes can force the community to think outside of the box. There is one data miner that uncovered a new game mode that takes inspiration from Ghostrunner. The game mode features a similar feel to the game with a different visual language for the map.

The Grime map is a brand-new 6v6 medium-sized graffiti-laden hub and is situated near a dockside, also featuring a canal that will see players engage in thrilling fights. It is far from the traditional last man standing or whoever gets the most eliminations shall be crowned the victor but it still carries the competitive core of the franchise.

This new map is a welcome addition to the game series and another step forward for the developers to put out the much-needed content. Changing and improving certain parts of a game is essential to preserve the nature of it and its relevancy to the public eye.
