Prince William and Princess Kate have wished their daughter Charlotte a happy tenth birthday, posting a picture of the young princess looking ready for adventure.

Princess Charlotte looked rosy-cheeked and ready to face the outdoors in a camouflaged jacked wearing a hiking backpack with her hair tied up in a ponytail.

The comments on the picture were flooded by social media users, many referenced how mature and happy she looked.
