are now able to unlock HSW upgrades for their vehicles and even earn the free Karin S95 car from the game's Enhanced Edition. New DLC allows you to obtain one of the fastest vehicles in San Andreas and improve your strongest cars with upgrades. However, you have to earn both the free car and upgrades by participating in a unique mission.
