Must-orders from the dinner menu include the oh-so-delicate Tuna à la Basques, baby lettuce salad, and fresh-baked brioche bread (sweetened with honey from Grand Del Mar’s on-site bee hives) to start, followed by the jidori chicken Coq au Vin or Bouillabaisse composed with local striped bass and flown in fresh Hokkaido scallops.
