In Shatterscarp, you'll eventually run across a character named Moapo who will give you a stash of supplies to deliver to some Dreamscourge hunters posted in Tago's Tower in Shark's Teeth Pass. Unfortunately, the area he sends you to is completely riddled with traps and explosives, and it becomes pretty clear that Moapo might've had some ulterior motives.
