She'll task you with finding the Radioactive Rat and Crocodilian first. You can see the locations on your map, where you'll drop into sewer manholes to put down some bait. Once you defeat them, you'll take them both back to Bruxie and mount their heads to the wall. She'll then have you do the same thing to The Captain, located in the eastern part of the map. Once you're done, return to Bruxie and complete the storyline. It's quick, easy, and worth some decent rewards early on.
