At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Feb. 20 through Thursday.

2 critical violations

Days Inn, 6101 Wattsburg Road, Millcreek Township. (No soap or paper towels at handwash sinks; no certified food safety manager.) Feb. 21

Everest Restaurant, 222 W. Plum St., Edinboro Boro. (Handwash sink out of paper towels; spice containers coated with grease and food debris) Tuesday

One critical violation

The Vine Bar & Grille, 11884 E. Main Road, North East Township. (Cooler and contents not cold enough at 50 degrees.) Also, three noncritical violations. Wednesday

Fujisan Sushi, 7200 Peach St., unit 200, Summit Township. (Handwash sink inaccessible) Wednesday

Little Caesars, 4490 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek Township. (No certified food safety manager.) Tuesday
