Vincke is perfectly aware that the game needed to set a new bar, especially for what this name means to fans. Vincke’s detailing mind wanted to impress players by going back to the classic Western RPGs in a new way that had never been attempted before.

With this IP, Larian Studios made that possible by setting the bar to a never-before-seen standard that will make every game compare itself to it. This director also said:

Okay, we’re just gonna do this on our own thing, create what we think is a good game, we’ll just make that and see how it resonates.
