The most important team you can put together in Enigma of Sepia is going to carry you through most of the PvE elements of the game. This includes the story and all other post-game content. For the absolute best overall meta team comp in Enigma of Sepia you are going to want a team comprised of four specific characters and then two other characters from a select pool.
