The woman, an 18-year-old from the United States, is understood to be travelling Europe on a group tourist trip with other young adults. While in Paris, the woman allegedly threw the newborn out of the second-floor window of the Ibis Style hotel. An onlooker reportedly saw the horrific incident occur, calling emergency services after hearing loud screams. The newborn was rushed to hospital but tragically died after the horrifying alleged incident. The prosecutor’s office in Paris said: “She was also taken into custody on site.
