Jetstar customers stranded in Australia, Indonesia and Japan airports because they can’t check-in baggage

Jetstar travellers have been left stranded at airports across Australia, Indonesia and Japan because they cannot check-in their baggage.

Disgruntled passengers took to social media on Saturday morning to express their frustration with the budget airline.

The airline said it was experiencing technical difficulties.

“We are experiencing some technical difficulties with our system at the moment,” Jetstar posted on X.

“We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.

“Our team is working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible so we appreciate your patience in the meantime.”

Check in kiosks at airports around Australia, Indonesia and Japan appear to be affected.
