Hades 2 developer Supergiant Games says it has no plans to replace any of its voice cast, after one actor said they were concerned strike action may affect their role.

saying there was a chance they may be replaced in the sequel because of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike, which started last July after the actors union it had failed to negotiate acceptable protections around the use of AI for its members.

“It’s possible you may hear me get recast in a particular game that is very popular,” Miller wrote. “If I am, it was not because I stepped away from the character willingly. It’s because the employer refused to flip to an interim.”
