Unique weapons are the only item type in the game that can be enchanted (except shields and Grimoires), which changes and upgrades their specialized abilities based on what will be most useful. Avowed has four major areas, each with a range of unique weapons: Dawnshore, Emerald Stair, Shatterscarp, and Galawain's Tusks. Unique weapons are acquired in various ways, such as rewards for Treasure Map quests, loot for defeating difficult enemies, or in remote or hidden areas around the Living Lands.
