Cyberpunk 2077’s sequel is aiming for ‘the most realistic crowds in any game’

Job listings for the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 have revealed that CD Projekt Red is aiming to deliver ‘the most realistic crowds ever seen in a video game’.

CD Projekt has recently posted a series of job openings for the upcoming RPG which gives the first indication of the ambition of the project.

“work in close collaboration with the systems design team to create the most realistic and reactive crowd system in any game to date.”

CD Projekt’s next game, The Witcher 4, was revealed during The Game Awards.

Speaking to VGC, The Witcher 4’s narrative director said CD Projekt knew the decision to change the series’ protagonist would be controversial with some fans, and that the team wants to prove it was the correct choice for the game.
