The launch of Path of Exile 2 has been occasionally bumpy, but largely, Grinding Gear Games still gets a lot of love from its players. Chris Wilson, who served as lead designer and co-director on the original PoE, has been a mainstay on GGG forums and became the 'face' of the studio during the original game's creation. However, official documents suggest Wilson may have left.
