While mezcal’s rise to global prominence is relatively recent, its roots trace back centuries, and its growing popularity speaks to a cultural shift in how we appreciate spirits. Every drop of ZOMOZ tells the story of tradition, craftsmanship, and the artistry behind its production. 

Crystal-clear in appearance with a subtly smoked agave aroma, complemented by notes of honey, butterscotch, gentle floral notes, roasted green chili, and white pepper, ZOMOZ is made from 100% organic Espadin agave and pure spring water. The agave is cooked underground in a conical stone oven fueled by ethically sourced sustainable wood, then crushed using a traditional stone wheel (tahona). Fermentation occurs in open pine vats (tinas), and the mezcal is distilled twice in copper pot stills before undergoing a proprietary double filtration system. This dedication to a traditional artisanal process is evident in every sip. Crystal clear and ripe with bright agave, robust smoke, and a plethora of layered, nuanced flavor notes of fresh agave, stone fruit, leather, and a hint of vanilla, ZOMOZ mezcal is both elegant and rustic. It was awarded Double Gold at the San Francisco Spirits Competition 2024, for good reason.
