Destiny 2, and those we have are incredibly old with outdated perks. If you’re looking for a Stasis primary, Destiny 2 reprised one of the Iron Banner sidearms, Peacebond.

Peacebond is a Stasis Adaptive Burst (three-burst) sidearm that returned to Destiny 2 in Heresy. It retained its element, but a refreshed perk pool allows you to lean more into Stasis synergy. The reprised version also lost a bunch of less popular perks, making the pool more condensed.
