St. Paul police apprehend man accused of shooting up western Wisconsin bar

Police have arrested a St. Paul man suspected of shooting up a western Wisconsin bar after a January altercation with patrons.

St. Paul police officers worked with officers from the Village of Hammond to apprehend the suspect in the Jan. 30 incident.

Authorities say that early on that day, the man was in an altercation with other customers at Ras’s on Main, a Hammond bar. The man then left the bar and came back with a firearm and shot multiple rounds through the front window.
