However, it soon becomes clear that they are on the lam for some heinous deeds, and if players decide these deeds are unforgivable, it's possible to turn them in for their transgressions. The quest begins after coming across a friend of the refugees, Remei, who asks for help finding the supplies the couple needs to make their getaway. After meeting them in the Shantytown, things get a bit more complicated.
