I'm not sure if an upcoming game has had release dates and windows leaked more (through official channels, no less) than Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater. The long awaited remake of MGS 3 - arguably the best entry in Hideo Kojima's stealthy series - most recently had an August date appear unintentionally on the PlayStation Store before being swiftly removed. Now, during Sony's State of Play showcase, Konami has confirmed that date was accurate. Metal Gear Solid Delta, at long last, has an officially confirmed date.
