The Batman Arkhamverse consists of four main installments, each contributing to the rich narrative of Gotham’s Dark Knight. Among these installments, there is one game that has captivated players with its plot and storyline more than any other titles in the series. That game is Batman: Arkham Origins.

Batman: Arkham Origins is the third installment to the franchise and acts as a prequel to all the other games in the series. The title takes place eight years before the events of Arkham Asylum and follows the story of young Bruce Wayne who is just starting out on his crusade of being Gotham’s crime-fighting vigilante.

In Arkham Origins, Batman faces many antagonists, and although all of them are great on their own, one particular villain sticks out the most and that is Bane. Bane is one of Batman’s nemesis in the DC universe, he is not only strong but is also intellectually inclined and one of the few people who is actually capable of defeating Batman.

Bane is a threat to Batman both physically and mentally. In Arkham Origins, whenever the supervillain would appear on the screen, it would send shivers down the player’s spine because of his sheer intimidation. In the game, Bane is blessed with two boss fights, and although some hardcore fans would love to fight the big guy twice, for most players it is a nightmare.

While both the boss fights are extremely difficult for most players, in the second boss fight when Bane injects himself with the TN-1, a super soldier serum, he becomes a beast, making the boss fight infinitely harder. He is strong, agile, and has the ability to counter Batman’s dodges. This boss fight made players truly frustrated and even made some of them rage quit.
