Fallout Star Says No One Will Predict What Happens In Season 2

It’s not just Walton Goggins who is hyping Fallout Season 2. Ella Purnell, who plays Lucy, said at MegaCon Orlando recently that Season 2 is a “wild ride” that may surprise viewers.

“It’s going to be really good, I think. It’s a wild ride,” she said, as reported by

. “I’m really exhausted. We’re working really well to get it out on time.”

That last line may be a reference to how production on Fallout Season 2 was delayed briefly due to the Los Angeles wild fires. Season 2 was expected to resume filming in early January in California following a holiday break, but those plans changed when the fires ripped through the area. Filming later resumed and remains ongoing.

Purnell went on to say anyone who thinks they know what will happen in Season 2 should think again. “I think no one’s going to be able to predict what happens. There’s some big twists this time around. Yeah, it’s so fun,” Purnell said.

Without giving anything away, Fallout Season 1 also had some significant twists and turns, so even more coming in Season 2 is keeping with tradition for the show. Season 1 ended with many mysteries still to be unraveled, so Purnell might be referring to some of that in her coy response about Season 2.

Before this, Goggins–who plays The Ghoul–said he thought Season 1 was great but Season 2 “blows it out of the water.”

As for the Fallout game series, Bethesda Game Studios is working on Fallout 5, but it’s not coming anytime soon. The developer’s next big release is The Elder Scrolls VI, which has been in the works for years and has no release date yet.
