HOUSTON (KIAH) — On Monday, the Tejano Center, Commissioner Lesley Briones, and U.S. Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher celebrated the opening of GRADcafé Gulfton Sharpstown, the first GRADcafé in Precinct 4. They were joined by the Harris County Public Library, the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department, and Manny Rojas, a success story from GRADcafé.
