The creator of the Dragon Quest series has assured fans that the twelfth game is still in development.

Square Enix announced five new Dragon Quest games back in 2021, one of which was Dragon Quest 12.

Nothing has been heard about the game since then, leading some to worry about its current status, but series creator Yuji Horii recently
