Pelican Town may already be filled with eligible singles who make fine spouses but the Stardew Valley community is often drawn to those characters who can't be wooed. While developer ConcernedApe insists that certain favorites like Krobus won't ever be romanceable, the modding community is usually quick to deliver some excellent add-ons that further open up the dating pool.
